Jute Ribbon DIY Project...


This jute ribbon has got me thinking....DIY AHEAD...

Madison's kitty....adorable!She likes to get into the act...hehe

Ok..now back to the jute ribbon. I purchased this at WalMart in the fabric dept. and boy do I have a very easy "but awesome" craft to share.You will need about a yard.. Now hurry...before America buys it all up!

I too already have a yard of that jute ribbon in my studio. I purchased it quite awhile back just because I liked the look of it but never used it. I'm looking forward to your idea!

I have seen some great jute webbing projects and can't wait to see yours. We have an upholstery shop here that sells it with black accents instead of red. Hmmmmm.

BTW, what's the best glue for wood and stones that doesn't smell horrible? I used E6000 and thought I would pass out!! Ideas???

I love that stuff but I don't have a Wal Mart near me (believe it or not). Once I see what you come up with maybe I'll venture out and find a Wal Mart outside our loop.

Our WalMart took out the fabric dept. (SAD) when it upgraded to Super WalMart (doesn't make sense, does it?) but I'll shop around. Can't wait to see what's up!

Thanks for the ribbon tip - I bought the last 5 yards of it at the only Wal-Mart I know in KC that still has a fabric dept. And the best part was the .67 a yard price!
