Have you ever seen dish towels put in one of these? What a good idea..

These shoes are a must have for the garden. I have a pair and I wear them everywhere. You can change out the ribbons if you want..

I need some of these but a bit to $$$ for my taste

I may have showed yall this one already.. I need this...

I really need this birdcage... Way out of my budget... Guess thats another want to add to my list. I would love to show yall my whole house. I will start on that but after a slumber party and friends from out of town back to back... I really need to clean up a bit before yall come for a visit..

  1. Oooooo aaahhhh, cool stuff, what store were you in? I love those sandles, everyone around here is wearing them and buying their ribbon from me but I don't know where they are getting them, some odd ball little store I've never heard of, no fair! And those jars, lovely! I have jar filling issues, I got a pretty apothocary jar for Valentines and hate what I put in it. Susie, you should do a post on filler ideas as well as display tips as I desperately need help! LOL I wish we could shop together but this was a great substitute, you sharing pictures from shopping. Love the bird cage. Love everything you showed! Can't wait for more of your home tour photos! Have a wonderfully blessed and creative day!

  3. I was just thinking that my mom has one of those bird cages just sitting next to a wall (doing nothing) that I may can talk her out of. I am considering some house tour pics too, but today will be a little cleaning before I venture into that. Hey, finished the ottoman so check it out, don't look too close.

I bought a decorative bird cage at a yard sale while I was on vacation. Yep. Found a yard sale on vacation.

Now I just need to figure out what to do with it. Besides pack it, of course. :-)

  16. My only advice is if you spray paint brass get a spray paint that goes on metal. :) Those pumpkin tassels are to die for!!

  17. Like the tall cannisters for the dishtowels, too. So dramatic for such an everyday item.

  25. I have enjoyed catching up on your blog, from your shopping and crafting, to birthdays and ... well seven more birth days, it looks like. What a great experience for your daughter to see those eggs hatch! Maybe you can get some sweet pictures to share. And your daughter is so lovely! I have a 9-year-old son. His all-boy birthday party as busy and loud, so I look forward to experiencing that in a few years with my girls.

  31. Hey Susie, thanks for stopping by! Isn't it scary when daughters get permits? You'll find that you will be praying a lot, sometimes even on your knees! If only we could rent Wally out nation-wide, we would be rich! Hmmmm....I must think on this further....

  34. FUN Stuff.....when I got to the bottom and saw the birdcage, it lloked familiar to me...I have a white one I plan on selling at the Flea (it doesn't have the finial on top) you can always spray paint an add a finial...if you're interested let me know and I can send you the pics and measurements.

  35. I want those sandles too! What store are they from? Please don't say they're from a store only in your area! If so a 7 or 8 will do...
It so fun to see the different stores across the miles. Shopping sure breaks that mile barrier down. To bad we couldn't lunch together too!
