Poor Maddy! Tell her I know EXACTLY how she feels...when I was probably 10 or so, my Daddy took my sister and me to Gulf Shores and about the second or third day there, I came down with a HORRIBLE ear infection. H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. It hurt to eat. It hurt to sleep. I was miserable. However, one of my best memories of that trip was being up at the crack of dawn because of the pain (I would have normally slept till at least 8 or 9) and my daddy coming in and asking me if I wanted to go with him to pick up shells. I would never have had that special time with him if I hadn't had that ear infection. So tell her to look for the happy things! And take lots of Motrin! : )

Good grief girl, I don't think you ever get a break. It was great to talk to you last night. Hope Maddie is feeling better soon. Susie, Hope Madison feels better and yall enjoy your vacation in my HOT sunny state of Fla. I'm actually in Illinois and Wisconsin right now visiting my husband while he's working here in Ill. and I must say I LOVE this weather and don't miss that Fla. heat for nothing.

So sorry to hear Madison isn't feeling well. Chiropractors work wonders for ear infections. If they are out of alignment at the top of their neck, their ears can't drain properly, causing fluid build up, and then infection. Can't really get rid of it on its own without fixing the main problem (the misalignment). Just an idea. Have a wonderful time in FL! Can't wait to hear what your surprise is!
