7th Grade

Pure Mom/Maw Maw post ahead...

Today is the first day of 7th grade for Maddy.

She was very excited!

Moving to the middle school last year was scary.

My how a year changes..LOL

I painted this sign for our yard.

She has worked so hard and we are so proud of her.

Her summer was full of cheer camps and sleep overs.

Summer reading and highlighting her hair ..LOL

Where did the time go?

I'm hanging on tight to every sweet second.

Because as we all know...

The years go way too fast.

Good luck on your first day of 7th Grade Maddy.

  1. yes time goes by way too fast.. My last baby had his first day of his last school year today.. and its kinda sad.
Hope Maddy has a great year!

  2. My little Pom girl is 19 today and grew up to be on her college Pom team :-)
Time does go so fast! That sign is adorable.

  3. Oh my goodness! How fun! I'm also dying because I knew you lived close to "home" for me...but Galvez?! A good friend of mine lived there!!!! SMALL WORLD!

  4. She is such a beauty! The time really does slip away...take lots of pictures!

  5. Exciting times...Enjoy every minute :)

  6. Oh Susie...it is a happy time (but a little sad too) in your life. The activities of seeing Maddy cheer and grow up right in front of you will give you many warm memories in the years to come! Enjoy every day! She is a beautiful girl! And a blessed one too!

  7. Hope she has an awesome 7th grade year Susie!

  8. I dropped Ally off yesterday for the first day of her senior year. She came home with a folder full of things to sign, and Joey said "just think, this is the last time you'll have to do that."

    Hold her tight, Susie!

  9. Cute Maddy - hope she has a great 7th grade year! Love the sign, so cute!

  10. “I love the idea of movement, but this White Bandage Dress can be especially difficult to achieve with a knit because they’re all Herve Leger Bandage dresses going to be formed to the body. So we love to add movement Beer Costume with these bands that emulate fringe, and the shine of the beads gives a further illusion of movement.”Oh and what was Lubov herself wearing to work yesterday as I captured all this? An Herve Leger moto jacket: the perfect synthesis of what she calls “girls run the world” power and never-stop movement.

Thanks for stopping by. It's always so nice to hear from you.
