I have been asked several times to paint a larger version of this sign.
I have wimped out every time.
Fear of postage kept me fenced in.
I also didn't want to confuse everyone out there.
I jumped the fence!
I painted a larger one just to get an idea of pricing.
The original is 24" x 24" (shown on the left)
The larger is 36" x 36" (shown on the right) HUGE!
If you are interested, I would be happy to give you a quote on the mac daddy.

This weekend I plan on working on my office/closet nook.
Now if I can drag my husband away from all of the football games...yeah.
Hope y'all have a great weekend!

What held you back? You knew everything was 'gonna be alright' and the new size turned out great!
ReplyDeleteI love it and I hope lots of customers do too!
Gail
Gorgeous! Truly, your creative hand is like no other. I don't know how you do it!

The larger sizes do have more impact but I agree about postage. But I have found most people have become accustomed to it. I sometime cringe when I have to tell them the actual shipping cost to ship a larger sign.
ReplyDeleteLove it, biiiig impact!

ReplyDeleteLove the Mac Daddy..much better post title. HEHE
ReplyDeleteI need to have this subway art in my house
ReplyDeleteIt looks great, Susie! Is this from a song? I can hear the words in my head but can't place it!

You're an amazing artist!
ReplyDeleteI'm so with you on this, shipping a canvas that large is so expensive and a pain in the neck... I'd love to know what you come up with. I've found that at Uline you can find great boxes for that kind of thing, but you really have to order in bulk to get a good price, and if you're not selling a bunch of them... well.. it just doesn't work
ReplyDeleteawesome painting too... love it in both sizes...
Cindy
This is amazing!! I DOUBLE love it. :D
ReplyDeleteEvery sign should have a Mac Daddy! I say go big or go home. LOL
ReplyDeleteI love this...I showed it to my husband a few days ago when you posted it originally and he loved it. He's a huge Marley fan. I would love one of these but smaller. My house doesn't have large rooms that would showcase this as it should be. Any plans to make smaller ones? I am working on his home office right now and the colors are gray/yellow/black....

Love the latest mac daddy! I wish i had room for him:)
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, thank you!! We love this and it's a good, daily reminder for my anxious self to calm down, good reminder of Philippians 4:6-7, and humming Bob Marley music always makes me feel better!
ReplyDeleteDo you still make this? I love it! How much do you charge? Can you please email me a quote to heatherjsage@gmail.com. Do you have an etsy shop?
ReplyDelete“Women really dress based on their body shape. For example, Black Bandage Dress I’m very athletic. I have bigger shoulders and bigger bust Herve Leger Dress and smaller in the hip area. So when it comes to Herve Leger, Dirndl Dress for me it’s really about A-line dresses because it gives me a hip but minimizes me on the top.”While there’s no doubt that Lubov and her husband, Max, design for women everywhere, you can’t help but imagine her stamping Halloween costumes a mini-claim on a certain white dress and capelet pair when it was in its early stages. It’s a look we can imagine every woman instantly coveting when it’s available in April.
