Thank you thank you!!!!
You girls rock!
With your help I found the perfect fabric.
It was sold out every place I looked but I pressed on...
Found it...bought it...and can't wait to show you!
This room is driving me crazy!
Why?
Because I have fallen hard...
very hard
for this fabric.
I had some help finding it ...BUT.
Don't ya just hate that word?
It's almost 70.00 smackers a yard.
I know...right?
Here is a close up so you can see the full pattern.
In the photo here it looks as though the print is close together but its not.
The print is big and bold...
did I mention beautiful?
So here is where you can help a sista out.
If you have seen this fabric or something close could you let me know.
I can't wont pay 70.00 but I think I would go up to 20.00 per yard.
I need 2 yards...I think.
If you have seen something close I would love to hear about it.
ps...it needs to have a white background ;)
Thank you Thank you Thank you!

It is beautiful. Do you know the name/designer of it? We have some discount designer fabric outlets and I'll keep an eye out for it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachel! Here is the link I found http://www.villanova.co.uk/collections/prints/tiku/kalika-washable.html
ReplyDeleteAt least you have a picture! I am looking for a blue and brown print that I have in my mind for my laundry room. No one who makes fabric is reading my mind so far that I've found - it's frustrating!
ReplyDeleteHey Susie, have you seen Waverly's Pom Pom Play in Spa? It's lovely! It has a similar botanical pattern and a little blue too. I've seen it at Joanns and looked for it online, this is the only random link I could find!

Don't know why you can't even find it on the Waverly site, but it's really nice!

ReplyDeleteSusie, I lobe that fabric too. In fact, I just LOVE beautiful fabric!!! Have you looked lately at Hobby Lobby? They have some beautiful "modern" fabrics!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
Love it!
ReplyDeleteSusie!
ReplyDeleteI never comment but LOVE your blog. I did a little searching on the fabric bit and found this fabric. It is out of stock but maybe you could find out if they are getting anymore in if you like it. It is a little different than the one you love but I thought I'd send it your way anyhow. I'll keep an eye out!

we have a Hancocks fabric here so i will look there and keep an eye out....
ReplyDeletecan't wait to see what ya do with it!!
This may seem strange, but I have to suggest canvas. Especially at JoAnnes they have this same pattern, I'm not sure they have these colors, but I haven't looked in their decorator fabrics and their decorator fabrics and canvas are on sale around 60-70% off right now if I'm not mistaken. ;)
ReplyDeleteGood luck, I will still keep an eye out when I go!
Dont you absolutely HATE it when that happens?!
ReplyDeleteHave you tried Spoonflower.com? You can design your own fabrics :) And you can order a swatch for $5 of it to see if you really like it!!

Pretty fabric. I hope you are successful finding it at a good price.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you have up your sleeve Susie???
You planning on using this on the kitchen windows? I think it would be a great pop of color in there with your newly painted gray or is it grey walls? : )
