Worth the wait!

I can't tell you how long I have loved this image.

I saved it and added it to my wish list.

No, I don't wish to swing like a trapeze artist wearing cool boots.

(although that sounds fun) Ha!

It's the Shoe!

I think it would be so cool to paint.

And then the fish!

I first fell in love with him while visiting over at Junk Bonanza

The image below came from my sweet friend Heather Bullard.

She shared a few downloads here during Valentines day.

The quote below says...

The price of Love, is simply Love

I think this quote would be perfect painted on a sign...

don't you?

For now I am plugging away on special orders :)
(hope to show you soon)

But one day...

I will get to the shoe, fish, and love...

Almost sounds like a Dr. Seuss book. Ha!

Happy first day of spring!

xoxo Susie~

  1. I love those but I have been eyeing a Friends and Family Gather Here sign. I think I need one that says that, for my living room. What do you think? Any ideas?

  2. Hey! Your pictures of big signs reminds me, we have a big Coca-Cola sign and it's so old the red paint is sort of dust now. Do you know anything about refurbishing big signs? Or do you know a reference website I could look at to get some information?
Love your blog, makes me miss Louisiana.

  3. So very Seussian! Can't wait to see your "translations" of the shoe, the fish & love!

    m ^..^

  4. That would make a good Dr. Suess book!! lol
They are so cute..I love making signs too!
    Have a great day!!

    Deborah xoxo

  5. At first glance I read the worth the "worth the wait" and thought that was YOU swinging in those cool boots!!
Cool signs, I hope you get to them soon :)

  6. I love those signs!! I was wondering where you were headed with the first image. The first thing I saw was the girl swinging! :) I know you can make those signs and I can't wait to see them!

  7. Susie,
I am going to be contacting you soon to make an address plaque for my greenhouse/playhouse. I love the new black ones you created!
Thank you for your sweet comment about my new master bedroom. It means so much to get comments when you are a new blogger!
Love the shoe and the fish also.

    Vikki :)

  8. You're so funny, Dr. Seuss:)

I love the shoe. Can't wait to see it.

  9. The signs are amazing. I love them. I wish I had the wall space to have just one large, standout sign. Too many windows here.

  10. “I love the idea of movement, but this White Bandage Dress can be especially difficult to achieve with a knit because they’re all Herve Leger Outlet going to be formed to the body. So we love to add movement Beer Costume with these bands that emulate fringe, and the shine of the beads gives a further Herve Leger Dresses illusion of movement.”Oh and what was Lubov herself wearing to work yesterday as I captured all this? An Herve Leger moto jacket: the perfect synthesis of what she calls “girls run the world” power and never-stop movement.

Thanks for stopping by. It's always so nice to hear from you.
