Patience....

                                                                         No wires.

                                                                         No noise.

                                                                          No fuss.

Something as simple as a paperwhite bulb.

                                                                  One glass container.

                                                                          A few rocks.

This year I long for simple pleasures.

                                                                 I pray for patience.

                                                             The ability to appreciate

                                                                      Small things.

                                            Joy !

  1. I have often wondered if they actually bloom or if they bloom only for magazine pics :) I truly think I shall try some this year. Love your view of life, Miss Susie!

  2. I have been telling myself to get some paperwhite bulbs for weeks now! I wanted some to decorate a table at our Women's ministry's Christmas party on December 3. Now I've waited too late! BUT...Now that I've seen what you're going to do with yours, I still want some to put in some hurricanes! So pretty!

  4. I absolutely LOVE Paperwhites and look forward to seeing them in the store before the holidays! I have bought them at WM and Sam's and they go from the holidays right in to January! To me, they are just simply elegant!

  9. Is that really all you do? Put the bulbs on top of rocks in a glass container? Do you water every so often? I would like to try this!
