I was snoop'n around and came across these.
Dont cha love em?
The wash cloth sells for 9.00 / towel for 29.00
Not bad.....but
Do you remember this post?
My sister and I made these below for my hall bath.
They are so easy to do even for me..ha!
I cant sew a lick...really~
I found the hand towels at Wal Mart.
Had my sister monogram for me :)
And there you go!
Just in case you dont have a sister with a monogram machine..
No worries!
You can find the iron on letters at your local fabric store.
I think Wal Mart even carries them.
They look just as sweet~
I'm thinking of talking my sister into some for the fall
hint hint...
((hugs)) Susie~

ReplyDeleteHi Susie,
ReplyDeleteIt's funny you posted about these today. I was at a Hallmark stor and they had these with different monogram letters on them and they were $9.00! I know, sounds reasonable, but for one towel? Guess I am too frugal to buy it. But the first thing I thought of when I saw it was that it looked like yours. : )
Very clever! I love when you can make something for less! I love yours better too!!
ReplyDeleteI remember when you first posted about these and I loved them then and I love them now.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice sister you have.
hugs
Sissie

ReplyDeleteDon't you love it when you take an idea from Pottery Barn and make it better! And what a nice Sister you have!
ReplyDeleteI do remember that post! I loved it then, and so much more now too! Personally, I like yours better! LOL I SO wish I had an embroidery machine - I wonder how well the iron on ones would hold up? I'll have to give it a try. THANKS!!!
