Ruffles are fun and you are brave! I have no idea how to sew. Wish I had a 9 yr old to teach me :). Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Oh I cannot wait to see! I can't sew very well but recently decided I was going to make a quilt! God help me. I started cutting and I've been cutting and cutting and cutting for weeks! I'm starting to doubt if I should move forward! :-)
Heck, I hope it's not cloudy where you live tomorrow or we'll have to wait another day to see what you're up to:o)

Your ruffle looks great to me! I have a sewing machine but have only used it a couple of times many, MANY years ago. I wish I had a dedicated space because if I do want to use it I have to lug it out, get everything set up and then put it up. Just kind of dampens the creativity. Can't wait to see what you are doing.♥
How sweet your daughter is showing you how to sew. Wow Susie, this opens up so many new doors for creativity for you. I am loving the fabric in the pic. Looking forward to seeing what you have done to dress up the cottage for spring.
