liv 'in louisiana...y'all..

Daddy thought Momma was spendin' way too much time in the house. Thought I needed a break from that computer and needed to get some fresh air..

He thought we needed to hit the road and see some sites...he did..

Said he was takin' me to a place where I would feel at home...

Said I didnt even need to do cookin'....

He even bought me a treat!

The gettin' out was nice an all honey...

but maybe when you take me from my decorating and friends to get some fresh air....can I pick the place..please...hehe~ Now back to decorating the cottage for Christmas...pictures to come...y'all~ ps... Would you do me a favor..swing by my sisters place and wish her a big ole' happy birthday! Thanks~

I would have been forced to return home with one of those cute little trailers! Adorable and oh the decorating possibilities! Looks like a "fun" day... how bad could it be if there was fudge involved?

Susie, that's so funny. Here I thought, what a sweet hubby. It's all about Susie and then I saw Bass Pro Shops. I had to giggle. I hope you enjoyed spending time with your hubby.
off to wish your sister a happy bday.

When you have absolutely nothing else to do it can be a neat place to visit - and to entertain children for a brief period -

I was reading along thinking, what a great hubby, and them bang - Bass Pro Shops. That is just too funny! It seems they did have some interesting stuff to look at though.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving the sweet comment. Visit anytime!

Too funny! I am always slightly glad that Cody doesn't have any interest in this store. :)

Haha...he took you to one of my husband's favorite spots. I was wondering if you're having any problems with your dashboard today?? This post of yours didn't show up on my dashboard of blogs I follow. I just clicked on your site and saw that you had a new post. "This is the Year" didn't update in my dashboard or blogroll either....

Oh man, how come they never pick places like flea markets and home decor stores.... It's always Cabelas for me...

I believe I wouldn't have to travel too far to find one of those trailers around these parts! Har After all, we do live in the hills of Arkansas!! Love that skillet, by the way! Two empty-nesters probably wouldn't need it!
Love your check dress too! So cute!

I could probably eat a lb. of that fudge!

Not my cup of tea! HE on the other hand was in heaven!!

The sacrifices we make for the ones we love.....
