Just Adoor'able....

Could this door be an inch more boring?

It is made out of the same material as the siding. Boring. You almost miss that it's a door if it would not be for the glass doorknob. And then once upon a time....

I came across two window screens.

They are as old as dirt and fit just right. I nailed them one on top of the other to make it look like an old screen door.

Im learning not to rush things {not an easy lesson for me} and just wait for that perfect piece.

This was that perfect piece and for $5.00 buckaroo's...the deal just kept getting better!

chippy paint....oh chippy paint'....

Now if I can wait it out and find some old rusty tin.... Maybe my cottage could look like this....Dream...the impossible dream....

thought of you while shopping today. i was at a store called Kirklands. Don't know if you have one near you,but it's kinda like a small Homegoods store. Anyhow, there was a beautiful sign with a black frame and the verbage on it was "bienvenue."
