Calm amongst the chaos....

A busy weekend it was.

It flew by so fast it all seemed a blur..
Slumber party. Working on a "New Look" for my blog. Working on the cottage.

A busy weekend it was!

Once the chatter of little girls faded into the night I worked with My Blog designer, Tera way too late....More on that later.

I recruited some assistance and they were more than happy to help out!

Jesse makes sure he uses every opportunity to show off his muscles...hehe.

First coat of paint is on and awaits the second.

The cottage will be home for me for the next week or so....Many projects planned ahead!

Love the new look of your blog and the glass or is it crystal knob is a lovely detail. I have always loved those kinds of door knobs in older homes...the porcelain ones are pretty too.
Looking forward to seeing your projects. So glad you had nice weather to continue to spruce it up.

Susie, I love the new look. :) Your cottage is really coming along...it's great that you had some muscle to help you out over the weekend. I can barely remember what I did this morning, much less over the weekend. ;) Happy Monday!

I love the Spanish moss hanging from the trees. It reminds me of going to Gulf Shores with my daddy when I was little.

I can't wait to see what all you have up your little sleeve.

Susie, it has been a while since we visited! I enjoyed camping out here for a good while tonight enjoying all your great projects. Your blog has gotten so huge! But that just matches your talent, so congratulations!

And P.S., if you ever have a play date at your cottage, please invite me! What an awesome space to be creative!

I've been away too long! A new blog look. Putting glass in your cabinets (which by the way is WOW!).

I was in Canton this weekend. I don't think I'll ever pass through Canton that I don't think about you, and Heather and I getting together with you when you do a Canton show.

Okay, but if I get beat up in the parking lot by a girl named Betsy Jo who's wearing daisy dukes and platform sandals, it's all your fault. ;)

Kidding, I actually like their Better Homes & Gardens stuff. :)
