Sister just so happens to own a chunk of green acres in Liberty Mississippi. This green acres is her husbands "Man Camp". They hunt and eat and do what men do I guess but these last few days we took over!
We were tucked safe inside behind lock and key just in case the pap'a'ratzie's wanted to come a knocking. Her Man camp is just a few acres away from Jamie Lynns...you know,Brittany Spears lil sister. Yeah.. that's all I'm saying about that.
Anyway...our car was loaded down with stuff including a deer sent by her hunny for us to hang. Yeah right!
He makes sure his pictures and wildlife are hung to the tee!
After we invaded the man cave we did what they do. We rode their toys..
ate yummy berries...
and I must add that we stayed in our pj's the whole time. Nope no bra needed. As I enjoyed my view this is what I saw every morning.
Yep! Bet the men cant say they saw this many...
Now before I start getting hate mail we did work..see

We had a great time that included giggles and Lot's of healthy foods and long walks. Just what I needed...but best of all, I got to hang out with my sister..Love her~

That looked like so much fun! I need a place to lock myself away from my kiddos just to accomplish all the sewing I need to get done..hmmm...I need a place like that! You just might have to rent it out! lol. Glad you had such a fun time! Love the diaper bag and the flower pins are so cute!

Oh. So much fun. And I literally wanted to just jump right through my screen.

Sounds like a perfect getaway! Was it just the 2 of you or a few other gals? Seriously...the property... summertime...the men's toys...crafting... and of course, most of all...family...sounds like heaven! Good for you guys for going on that getaway. I noticed the sewing machine in the back of your vehicle and was wondering what sewing you guys were going to do.

How much fun...I want someone to take me away. I usually have to be the one who organizes events and i want someone to take charge and just drag me along. I LOVE the bag...and the buttons.
Too fun!! The man camp gets taken over! Go look at the side bar of my blog on the right - I made those exact burp cloths to give away at an auction. Funny. We just have great taste, right? Those burpies are super cute and stylish...who wants to use a boring plain white one? Glad you had a fun and fancy free (um, braless) weekend! :)

What a great and productive getaway. So many pretty things to see.
Because Sis made diaper bags and burp cloths, did you make hair bows to go with or are they pins? They would be darling in a little girls hair if they had a stretch band connected to the back or what about making them into a headband? Just wondering if they were something other than pins because you said you made them out of the same fabric. Are the two of you going into the Etsy business together?
