Pure delight! That's the feeling I had when my sister gave me this.
I didn't waste any time due to the fact she just may change her mind.
Twins at that! I was nice and offered to take only one but she knew they would be happier together. She's nice like that.
She bought these babies while we were at an awesome garage sale. My first thought was she must be crazy. I must be the first to admit she has an eye for such treasures. These babies are VERY well made. I didn't waste one second riding them of their 80's look.
While pulling off the much outdated garments I did feel a rush of fear flow over me.
What in the world do I do if I cant figure out how to replace what I have just torn up! I will be back soon..off to buy liquid sander...stayed tuned...please~

I saw a couple of these chairs at a sale a few years ago and passed them up, because the caning was bad. If they had looked as great as these I would have brought them home. I love the look of them and can't wait to see what you do!!
I have a chair with a back like that and I haven't had time to figure out how to fix it. These are awesome - can't wait to see how you finish them!

i just sat in one of those chairs this weekend and loved it...i wondered where i could get one...i could reach the floor in my 4'9" bod!!! so now, i will be picking them up from you....right?!

They are just great! I DID have one that was very close to them but, crazy me, I sold it at a garage sale in the emid 90's when the color peach went out of style. If I had only known then what I know now. I can't wait to see the finished product.
