Profitable craft show?

How do you measure a craft show profitable? That's the question I have been asked time and time again. Are they worth it? Well this show was very profitable!! Maybe not in the terms of wealth but we walked away with so much more. We were able to spend some good quality time with each other and that my friends is priceless. I did leave laundry behind and didn't stress about it....too much~

The weather was beautiful and the food was fantastic. I didn't sell out {never have} but we made what the Lord wanted us to have as Marc always says. We say a prayer before each show and God knows our needs so why worry. We covered all expenses and some good eatin' and I even walked away with a goodie this trip. This adorable bunny!

I have seen them around other blogs and couldn't resist when I saw one at the show. I thought he would look cute next to my home grown grass~

So to answer your question ...profitable....YES! Of course we did make some good ole' cold hard cash that I will be using for my sons graduation gift. ThankyouLord!

I also know that some of you wanted to know the color of my kitchen...It's Comfort Gray SW 6205 by Sherwin Willams. I took the paint chip to Wal Mart and had them match the color....perfect~

Love the bunny.

We used Conservative Gray for our main rooms and Austere Gray for our accent wall. Lovely, isn't it?

I have that bunny, too! Only I used brown shoe polish and gave him a bit of a more rustic/old antique style finish.

Oh your bunny is so sweet! Love how it fits just perfect by that grass on the huch. You answered a question for me, I wondered if you went by yourself to those shows and I think it is wonderful that your hubby goes with you. Nothing like a little quality time.

Hey, Susie, glad you had a good show AND I'm so happy you found a Target bunny. I have one too in my laundry room & drooled over that bunny for a long time at Target (I think it was 2 years ago now), until I brought him home...and he was marked on clearance, so I got a screaming deal. I will not be selling my bunny anytime soon.

I would love to start doing some craft shows. How do you know when there are shows. Is there a website you can check? Is it only local?

I am glad to hear that you did well. Your signs are beautiful.

Your bunny and home is beautiful! Do you use Color Place paint? I am currently using Dutchboy at Walmart. It fits my budget and still looks good too. :) I love the SW paint color. :)
