You gave me goosebumps, Susie! We are singing a Newsong song called "Rescue" Sunday, and for once I'm glad I'm directing the choir and will have my back to the congregation so they won't see the streams of tears down my face!
Would that we had better, stronger words than a simple "Thank you" to express our gratitude. Doesn't it seem so inadequate to use the same words to thank our God for such a sacrifice on our behalf as we might to thank the barista at Starbucks for making our latte? One day, in His Presence, we will have those words, I hope.
I really appreciate you visiting and becoming a follower of mine. You're very thoughtful and kind. Your blog is wonderful and I'll be back to read it in more detail very soon.
Have a blessed Easter with your lovely family. ~Warmly, Melissa :)
