I have to get my wisdom teeth taken out today. Can you please say a tiny prayer for me. I am scared to death! I will be in the chair around 2:15 so if you hear some screamin'.....it's just me! Lord help me....please~
***and just because Kasey asked,I hope to show yall some pictures when it's done. I know y'all live for that stuff...hehe***
I had mine taken out a few years ago. Take the pain pills - there's no prize for not taking them. Mashed potatoes and milkshakes will get you through! I'll be thinking good thoughts for you.
ReplyDeleteI just had mine removed too...Good thing is that i lost my baby fat on my face. Best of luck! I'll say a prayer at that time.
ReplyDelete{Remember no straws}
I will be thinking and praying for you. ALl will be fine!

Good luck! I had mine removed a couple years ago, too! And I was screaming from the chair, I was such a baby! But it doesn't hurt, I promise!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry...I hope it went well.
ReplyDeletepoor thing. I'll be thinking about you and sending warm fuzzy thoughts your way!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck ~ Amanda
I am so sorry! I need to get all 4 of mine out. I keep putting it off. First, I was pregnant. Then I was nursing. Then I was pregnant. Then I was grieving. Now I'm trying to get pregnant, but really have no excuse in between cycles.
ReplyDeleteBut I just had one of *those* moments, when I read Aubrey's comment about losing the baby fat on her face!!! OH.MY.GOSH. I never thought of that, and now I WANT to have the surgery!!! I have the chubbiest, baby fat cheeks ever. Bring it on, dentist, bring it on! :)
Dude, Aubrey is gorgeous, by the way!!
You're gonna do great!
You have my prayers. My son's day is coming up very soon.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be in my thoughts ~ you'll be great!
ReplyDeleteJo
I will say a prayer this morning for you! I had mine out a few years ago and it wasn't as bad as I had thought. Just follow their instructions and take it easy and you will be fine :) Good luck!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely will be thinking and praying for you!!!
ReplyDeleteOh I remember that day like it was yesterday; I was so scared & come to find out I was afraid of nothing! Sure it was a bit painful after the fact but nothing like I thought it would be!! Good Luck & I will say a prayer for you!!
ReplyDeleteover 5+ hours last thrusday for me at two dentists.. what stress.. so yes, here is a prayer and please contact a LTP for a session tomorrow morning to help heal you back to good health.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I had mine out in college, but was in such a daze from the pain meds that I don't remember much about it. I'll say a little prayer for you.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! Take the pain meds and SLEEP!
ReplyDeleteGood luck dear! Will be thinking about you.
ReplyDeletei do hope you show me a "real" pic of the cheeks!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou'll be fine, Susie. They give you the happy gas and you'll be oblivious! : ) Now, as for afterwards, I don't recommend eating macaroni...you might get some caught in an open socket and panic that you'll have food caught in there forever...not that I know about anything like that.
ReplyDeleteI'll be praying for you, though!
Good luck! I've been putting off getting my taken out so if you survive (which I know you will) I guess I'll take the plunge!
ReplyDeleteYou got it.....and just think, you'll have a legitimate excuse for laying around dreaming of more swedishing.....
ReplyDeleteSuzanne
Bless your sweet heart! I'll be praying!!! Your painting looks good!
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Susan
Aw, not everyone has a hard time- I was fine! Although, that anesthesia is good stuff! ;) Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI'll say a prayer for ya!
ReplyDeleteI had all 4 of mine removed a few years ago. They were all impacted so I had to be put to sleep for the procedure. Just do what they tell you and you'll do great!
Mandy
My advice (sorry...unsolicited) is that you need LOTS of rest after...even when you think you can get up and work...rest some more! :) I will be praying for you!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Shilo
Will do! Hope your recovery time is super quick:)
ReplyDeletebless your heart! will be praying for you. Found your blog through the Lettered Cottage. LOVE LOVE all the Swedish-ing (is that a word) your doing. I too have been on a mission to declutter! Im putting everything in basket-out of site- so over the "over-decorated" look. Cant wait to see all you do.
ReplyDeleteGood luck....I'll be thinking of you and praying all goes smoothly and quickly!! Remember...no straws!
ReplyDeleteOh, I feel your pain. I had to pulled a few years ago, and then just at the beginning of this year I went under and had the last two cut out (they were impacted). OW. I was in so much pain...Praying for you!
ReplyDeletegood luck. I had mine taken out right after I got out of college. It wasn't that bad. You will prolly be sick the first day...then it's smooth sailing!
ReplyDeleteThinking about you:)
...i hope it goes perfectly for you, but if you look like a chipmunk afterwards, please post a photo! just kidding. i hope you bounce right back and that it is an easy procedure! xo, mickey
ReplyDeleteIt really isn't that bad, just take your pain pills. :) I'll say a quick prayer for you!
ReplyDeleteYou will be fine! Don't smoke or drink with a straw & take the pain pills.
ReplyDeleteOh you little chimpmunk....
ReplyDeleteHope all went well today. Mine were taken out the year I turned 30. Hope you have some good pain meds and a doting family.
ReplyDeleteI had my out when I was 25 and had no problems EXCEPT.....be very careful not to get food down in those empty sockets. I did and got very sick with high fever.. Take care!!
ReplyDeletewow Susie. I know how you feel. I had mine done several years back and the finished product was me looking exactly like that poor little animal in your picture. I looked like that for 3 days because mine had to be cut out! Feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteMy advice is to take the meds and pass out for a couple of days. You will be thankful in the end....sending well wishes

Good Morning Miz Susie,
ReplyDeleteI'm very afraid of anything requiring a visit to the dentist and you're definitely in my prayers! I still haven't had my bad tooth removed *smiles* When they explained there would be a hole and I couldn't sneeze for awhile well let's just say that freaked me out real good! You're much braver than me! Hang in there Girlfriend!
Ask for medicine. Lots and lots of medicine.
ReplyDeleteRest, Relax, Sleep. It will be fine. I will be praying for you.
...prayed for and thinking of you this morning. hope you are doing well and resting! xo, mickey
ReplyDeleteIt will be fine. I had all my wisdom teeth +1 pulled at 19 and I was just fine, no swelling at all. Think positive! I can't vouch for the meds though because I only took one and it made me see pink elephants so I just dealt with the pain.
ReplyDeleteI had mine surgically removed when we were only married 3 months (the teeth were impacted). Ouch! But I have to admit coming off the anesthesia was a little bit fun -- my sister, mom and husband wrote down all the funny things I said and did. :)
ReplyDeleteI found that jello, oatmeal, and yogurt were my allies.
Best of luck to you as you recover!
I had mine done in the fall and it was just fine. The anticipation of it was worse. I hope it all went well and you are resting up.
ReplyDelete~Michelle
Hope all went well :o) and you are back soon. Now don't forget...let everyone WAIT ON YOU!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon. I was told not to drink from a straw after I had mine removed. They said it would cause a dry socket which is very painful. I know you think it couldn't get any worse!!!!! I doesn't take long to get to feeling like your old self again!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jenny
Ah! I have to have mine taken out but have been putting it off because I just don't want to deal with it. I hope everything went well for you!

First and foremost, let’s get one thing straight: Herve Leger Dresses“There’s an incorrect assumption about Herve that it’s only for evening,”Herve Leger sale Lubov told me up on the 18th floor of her Oktoberfest Costumes Times Square showroom and headquarters. “It can be worn anytime! People also assume that it should fit really tight, but personally I wear it one size bigger because I like the comfort of it while still getting the silhouette.”Herve Leger Replica These are the dresses that are coming into our stores and online now, and these are the dresses that are going to show up come Saturday, because as we pointed out in our runway report last season, an Herve Leger show is full of Herve Leger dresses.
