before makeover....

Hi girls... Here are the pictures of that sweet little chair I was talking about. Isnt she cute!?.... I saved you the horror and took her cushion off. It was just too ugly to share. I havent started working on her just yet. I had to run get a much needed haircut today. Tommorow is jesse's ring day "night". I think I may have lost 3 pounds with all of the hair she cut.:) Anyway, I hope to give her a good sanding sometime today. Im not sure what style of fabric I want for her. Im kinda like Paula at Olivers... We both love damask. Im thinking of just going with a black stain or paint. I know anything will be an improvement. I will keep you posted. Oh, I think I may have forgotten to tell you how much I paid for the little darling. $6.00 what a bargin!!! Take care my sweet friends. I have some sanding to do:) Hugs,Susie

  1. Susie, Your little chair is darling. I think a damask would follow the lines of the back. Can't wait to see what you choose. Sorry for the misunderstanding about your son who by the way is very handsome. I hope you find a little Pippi in your day.
